Trip to the carwash

Here we have one dirty car.

Jane logging in.

The soap faze starts.

One set of orange whirly whips.

One happy customer.

One clean car.

Sunday finds us taking Janes car to the carwash. I've been enough times to get a free one.

More Flowers

Here are some more flowers coming into bloom. The cream -yellow are clivia and are supposed to be fairly rare. The red and white flowers are some sort of South African cactus. They are two different plants.

Still Raining

Yes folks it is still raining. On Saturday morning I emptied 46mm of rain from the gauge and today Monday afternoon 31mm. Thats a lot of water. Pic's across the valley show one of the storms.

Crazy Rain

Last night and this morning Sydney had some pretty wild weather. I recorded 86mm of rain in the back yard. That's just over 3 inches. Howling winds as you can see from the photos.

Sleeping cat

Sabrina wanted to be included in this tale. But the only pictures we get are of her sleeping. She is going to have to lift her act a bit.

Narrabeen Lagoon

This is Narrabeen Lagoon. We went on a short walk and this is what it looks from the eastern side. It's about a 5 minute walk from home.

More spring photos.

The flower photos are of Janes cyclamens. The small cacti are peyote cacti with small growth starting around the base.

SPRING IS HERE

Spring has arrived. Here are photos of a few of the early arrivals The white flowers are Sweet Alice. The pink ones are Azaleas. Multi coloured are Dianthus. And the bowl of fruit contains either the worlds largest apples or the worlds smallest bananas.
