Jane & I have just got back from 3 days and 2 nights at "THE PEAK" to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic! Views of the Kanimbla Valley from the indoor spa and balcony. Mobs of Kangaroos bounding by. Delicious food provided by Chris & Angela. Oh so much food. You would never go hungry. After arrival and a spa with a bottle of French Champaign, dinner was served. Antipasto platter, followed by Lamb shanks stifado and then a dessert of chocolate mousse. A bottle 1989 Penfolds St Henri was the wine of choice. The next day we had the freshest eggs I have ever seen. Then it was off to the "ZIG-ZAG RAILWAY" For a ride on a steam locomotive. Great fun. Then it was back to the chalet and a gourmet picnic lunch. Followed by a dip in the spa with yet another bottle of French Champaign. Then our special BBQ pack arrived.
